About Bruce and Andrea 

We met in August 2008, when Andrea went to her first Scottish Country Dance class at Springstep. Low and behold, her first dance teacher was this tall, handsome man in a kilt!... Who smiled and asked her to dance and complimented her on her footwork... His name was (and still is) Bruce. 

It was a year later, however, at Pinewoods 2009 (a summer dance camp in Plymouth, MA) that Bruce and Andrea actually showed sincere interest in each other at the final party of the week in Pinecones' kitchen. It was raining cats and dogs outside and Andrea forgot her flashlight. Bruce was kind enough to show her the way back to her cabin (with a short detour on the way)... 

Since then, we have been inseparable! Traveling the globe, making a home, caring for the kitties, and falling more and more in love... (gag... I know...) 

We are very lucky to have found another person who is of like mind about so many things. Our shared love of adventure has literally taken us around the world with the Mongol Rally (you can see more about that adventure here)

And THEN we became 3...
We had Emma in 2016! Emma Mirabelle... Our amazing, beautiful, brilliant daughter! She stole our hearts and our alone time. So... we went on another ADVENTURE!
The 3 of us packed up the Big Blue Bus II and set off to see as many National Parks as we could see in one summer. We made it very far and saw so many wonderful places. So home we finally went and back to our lives in Salem...

And THEN we became 4!!!
In 2019, Emma got a little sister of her very own for a present on  her 3rd birthday. ZOE WILLOW!!!
She mooned the world on her way out and hasn't stopped since. Feisty and curious, Zoe throws herself fully into the world and expects the world (or Mama or Dada) to catch her. We have braved the 2020 pandemic together in our house of 4... Bruce, Andrea, Emma, and Zoe... (and the cats).. Now let's see where our next adventure may take us!
